The tactile tile is a product made of cast PVC material with a Shore hardness of not more than 98 units. on a scale of A, which makes it sufficiently durable, resistant to mechanical damage. Tactile reefs, made in the form of truncated cones arranged in a checkerboard pattern, inform a person with visual impairment about an insurmountable obstacle along the line. In order to provide contrast with the underlying surface, as well as to ensure optimal conditions for the color perception by a visually impaired person, the tactile tile has a black surface color (RAL 9004).
